About Course

Building entrepreneurial professionalism

What Will You Learn?

  • This program is designed to help entrepreneurs achieve their best performance through a series of course modules relating to character development, or professionalism. In the days of old, each trade had its own guild with apprenticeship training, mentoring, testing, quality control, industry standards, a code of ethics, and peer accountability. In today's world, we have trade unions and associations, chambers of commerce, business, professional and industry associations that carry on some of those ancient traditions.

Course Content

Craftsmanship is the art of creating high-quality goods through the use of skilled workmanship, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Craftsmanship and Mastery

As an entrepreneur, being a lifelong learner is essential for success.

Mentorship is an essential aspect of entrepreneurship. It involves a relationship between a more experienced entrepreneur (the mentor) and a less experienced entrepreneur (the mentee).

Entrepreneurship is the process of starting and running a business venture in order to create value for customers and generate profit.

Entrepreneurial Thinking

Communicate your vision and your ideas so that your audience understands, appreciates, and responds in kind.

Entrepreneurship is often portrayed as a solo pursuit, with individuals striving to build successful businesses on their own. However, the reality is that entrepreneurship is a team sport, and success often depends on the ability to build strong relationships with others.

As an entrepreneur, it's important to recognize the value of sportsmanship in both business and personal life. The qualities of personal fitness, self-discipline, practice, risk-taking, team playing, competitiveness, respecting the rules of the game, and respecting authority are essential for success in entrepreneurship.

An apprenticeship is a period of training during which an individual learns a particular trade or profession under the guidance of an experienced journeyman.
